Nick Morte
Born in 1981 in Russia, Nick Morte (Nikolay Maltsev) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Norway. His work explores the "dark side of beautiful," blending figurative and abstract elements with rich symbolism, inviting viewers to interpret his art personally. A former award-winning tattoo artist, he transitioned to painting in the late 2010s. Nick’s journey includes a significant legal victory in 2018, advocating for artists’ rights in Norway.
